• Do you offer senior citizens' or military discounts?

  Absolutely. We proudly offer all of our senior citizens and military customers a 10% discount everyday at all of our locations.

• How do I find discounts in my local area?

  We have coupons in several of the Metro Atlanta area coupon mailers and at special events in the area. But the easiest way to ensure that you always have a coupon or know about our specials is the join our eClub. You just have to complete the "Join our eClub" form at the top of every page. We also have a coupon page on the website.

• How do I establish a fleet account?

  To access information on Fleet accounts, please visit the Local Fleet Services information page. We have a comprehensive Local Fleet Services program that can help you keep your vehicles on the road and your drivers productive.

• Does Castrol Premium Lube Express accept national fleet programs like PHH, Wright Express, GE Captal, etc?

  Absolutely. Castrol Premium Lube Express accepts all major national fleet programs. In fact, we can process your account during the service so you are back on your way fast. There is more information on our National Fleet Services page.

• What can I expect from my visit?

  When you visit a Castrol Premium Lube Express, you can expect to receive high quality automotive services performed by Castrol Premium Lube Express; certified technicians at an exceptional value. For more information, please see Our Pledge.

• What are Castrol Premium Lube Express service recommendations based on?

  The majority of Castrol Premium Lube Express® service recommendations are based on your vehicle manufacturer's service intervals which can be verified in your owner’s manual.

• Don't I need to go to my dealer to maintain my warranty?

  No. While automakers are using stronger language when speaking to vehicle maintenance, the term “Requirement” generally refers to regular maintenance as designated by the owner’s manual. You have the freedom to choose where your car is serviced. IT'S THE LAW! If your dealer has stated that you have to use original parts and come back to them for service or it will void your warranty, they have to provide those parts and services for FREE. Again, IT'S THE LAW.
  
  When Castrol Premium Lube Express® performs automotive maintenance, we follow the exact guidelines set forth by the manufacturer’s recommendations. It is important to note that manufacturers warranties do vary. Please consult your manufacturer to confirm.

• How do I decide whether to use conventional, semi-synthetic or synthetic oil?

  Please consult your owner’s manual. Be sure to match the specification listed in your owner’s manual to that listed on the container of the motor oil. The name or type of motor oil (conventional, synthetic, or synthetic blend) is incidental to meeting this specification. At Castrol Premium Lube Express®, we will always be happy to discuss your options when it comes to which motor oil is best for your specific vehicle.
